In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) Account only on the pinoy77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly should it change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PIN issued for two-factor authentication. You agree to notify pinoy77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

pinoy77 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use will be deemed to have been carried out by you.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, pinoy77 requires you to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine National ID, SSS card, UMID, or passport) and proof of address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request may have the request placed on hold.

All financial transactions on the pinoy77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.

Accepted Payment Methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. pinoy77 reserves the right to add or remove payment channels at any time with reasonable notice provided on the Platform.

Deposits: GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your Wallet typically within 30 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within one (1) to three (3) banking business days, subject to the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are targeted for same-day processing. pinoy77 does not guarantee processing times and cannot be held liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers or banking institutions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund the Account, or a verified account registered in the Player's verified name.

Bonus Funds: Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited if a withdrawal of Real Funds is requested prior to completion of the wagering requirement, unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms.

pinoy77 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Each promotion is available to eligible Players only, as defined in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Bonus Funds and associated winnings not wagered within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.

• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies applied to bonus funds, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

All bets placed on the pinoy77 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market selected. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

Casino Games: Slot games, live dealer tables, bingo, and color prediction games operate under the rules published within each game interface. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game outcomes conducted in real time.

Sportsbook: All sports bets are governed by the specific sportsbook rules applicable to the sport, competition, and bet type selected. In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time during live events. pinoy77 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the commencement of an event where the outcome was known or reasonably ascertainable at the time of placement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pinoy77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

pinoy77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Failure to meet eligibility requirements, including age requirements.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.
• Extended inactivity — Accounts with no login or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months are considered dormant and may be subject to administrative closure.

Upon termination for cause, pinoy77 may withhold any Wallet balance pending investigation. Real Funds not implicated in the breach or investigation will be returned to the verified payment method on record following resolution, subject to applicable legal obligations.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the pinoy77 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notification, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory or judicial authority in the Philippines with competent jurisdiction.

For matters within the scope of PAGCOR's regulatory oversight, complaints may also be directed to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

pinoy77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document under "Last Updated." Your continued use of the pinoy77 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as provided under Clause 13.
